Recently, Dean Butterfield,
the Director of Children's Ministry at the Colonial Woods Missionary
Church joined us to discuss the pivotal role of parents in a child's
spiritual formation.
As Dean outlines in the clip, parents
and churches need each other to spiritually lead the next generation.
Even if a church has a phenomenal children's ministry program,
a child will not receive the full benefit unless parents are actively
involved and supporting the message at home.
Dean smartly points out that what
parents do inside the home is going to be the center of a child's
spiritual life.
