recently joined us to discuss strategic planning in children's
ministry. Bob is the Children & Family Pastor at Kenosha First
Assembly in Wisconsin. During out interview, Bob fleshed out how
adaptable leadership is what's need in children's ministry.
In this clip, you'll discover how children's
ministry leadership is similar to riding on a sailboat (and not
at all like riding on a train!). Plus, Bob explains "down
board thinking". This strategic planning approach is commonly
used by chess players, but also makes a lot of sense for those
in church leadership positions!
